    It depends how many shares CannPal will have on issue. ZLD currently has approx. 745m shares issued. At a price of $0.081, the Market Cap = $60m approx. In contrast, CannPal is offering 30m shares at $0.20/share to raise $6m, which means their Market Cap will be 1/10 of ZLD.
