"Something doesn't seem right"

I think this can be said with many things that has transpired this year if one is to really listen and take note of what's been said and done.

In the case of clients lining up, to be fair - I think these were probably mostly smaller practices which at the beginning never got a chance to sign up due to the coy's strategy. The portal may be their first opportunity to sign up, so maybe the next quarterly is where it starts to show. What's interesting though is that the strategy early on was to go top down, but I think it was around end of q1 or start of q2, there was some smaller practices joining - did they change their strategy early and we didn't know, or was it some ad hoc reason for allowing just these few practices on board. This last paragraph being all speculation of course.
