Lets see if we receive a reply from the Managing Director. Poor form to date.

    Dear  Mr Tielong,

I refer you to your last Nkwe Platinum Announcement on 24th August 2017 when you stated the following:

The record of decision on the WUL by the Department of Water and Sanitation is imminent. The Company is awaiting the Departments administrative process to be completed and is positive the record of decision would be granted before the end of August 2017

Today is the last day of August and we still have not received news from yourself with regards to the status of the WUL. Why?

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Furthermore you have failed to reply to my previous email highlighting the following anomaly. Why?

On 13th June  Nkwe Platinum issued an ASX announcement advising shareholders ¦.

Through the continual engagements with the Department, the Company is pleased to announce that it has complied with all the Department’s conditions. The Department is satisfied with the Company’s submissions and the Company is now awaiting the final decision by the Honourable Minister of Mineral Resources, a process outside the control of the Company.

This was followed up on the latest announcement dated 31st July 2017 as follows.

The Company is now awaiting the final decision by the Honourable Minister of Mineral Resources on the setting aside of the Notice.”

I have received advice from a DMR ( Mineral & Petroleum Titles Registration) senior executive that contradicts the above company statements. Details are as  follows.

We wish to advise that the mining right has not been registered yet. For registration to be effected the duly appointed representative of the holder must formally lodge the right at the Mineral and Petroleum Titles Registration Office. According to our records, the right was rejected and collected by the company representative with the queries that hamper its registration. As stated before, a number of meetings were held to discuss the transaction. We have not been advised on the latest on the transaction. The prescribed procedure is that, if a right has been rejected and subsequently rectified, the holder must re-lodge it for registration. This Office can only comment on a transaction that has been re-lodged and examined accordingly.

    Kind Regards
