A very good comment Taodayma: "why not just focus on one thing and try to do it well, and get to commeralization sooner?"
It is this that separates well managed companies from badly managed ones.

I honestly thought that, even though Ravensthorpe seems to be on the back-burner, that today's announcement may have been about an acquisition to site there Si-leach Pilot plant. It seemed most expedient to getting it up and running for commercialisation.  Then they announced VSPC.  OK  shocked, it increases outstanding shares by up to 20%, is it worth this much, Part of it is de-commissioned:
"LIT’s proposed acquisition includes a decommissioned pilot plant in Brisbane designed to produce complex metal oxides/phosphates for cathode production."

The current owners, I think will be laughing all the way to the Bank, first with $45,000, then after escrow sell 66 million shares on the market. Not a bad few months work. But not for LIT SH.

I would say Taodayma that the next stop for AG & company BoD it has to be horticulture, Medical Cannabis.
