This is a very bad deal IMO - there is no value to be taken on it. If you compare the financial reports of the two and the staffing, it is quite obvious that FEL is only there so TS and buddies can claim a second paycheck.
Same HQ, same directors, same named staff - FEL would be irrelevant without this deal and in danger of folding.
So saying that offloading because they 'have a lot on their plate' is not true - it is the same plate.
