go and buy a house 1 hour from the city............thats what a lot of us had to do to get into the market....40 years ago............and once we are in it, we do not get out...........its too good............and usually a conservative lot anyway.............most of the argument is new buyers want to buy smack in the middle of the city, not out in the cheaper suburbs........
