With the sale of part of WBA's business to a company in which Roberts has an interest, why should he receive a termination payment of $800k when he is voluntarily resigning? This payment is equivalent to over 15% of last year's NPAT and therefore seems far too high.
With Futuris/Elders owning over 50% of WBA I imagine WBA has already obtained their approval to this payment?
