"management's track record in destroying shareholder value"
The loss of shareholder value is a matter of record. The reason is not so clear. You are simply blaming management for the business record relating to optiblend and hythane. You don't think fluctuations in the price of oil were a factor? Are you suggesting mis-management? Are you saying they misrepresented the technology, or that the technology didn't work?
