The directors have had options approved at the AGM in April. As yet the strike price of those options has not been revealed.

However in addition to these options they have not been buying additional shares on market. Some could say that is because they are aware of price sensitive information but the facts are that they have had 4 months since the AGM to buy on market if they wanted too.

I do know that their technology is good, their success is going to depend on how genuine their teaming partners are in promoting zyl's suite of products. Diebold seem genuine as i have posted before. However as yet nothing from IBM or Tenix. There are a lot of possibilities, Tenix for example has won a contract worth billions in refitting those Spanish destroyers for the Navy. Those boats are going to need the very best of communication onboard, perhaps ZYL may get a role in this...

But it is all just hoping at present, just like the Bank pilots. I mean all the major banks are multi billion $$ enterprises, why do they need to take such a long time working out if they like a product or not? Having said that it is hard to envisage that it will just roll over and die without giving another yelp though, given the lengths that the company have gone too to convince the market of a turn around. The AGM which should be September to November sometime will be interesting.
