I agree, the tech works and can be touted as environmentally friendly too. The real potential won't be unlocked until its incorporated into designs by engineers using its performance benefits instead of simply using it as a "subsitute" for standard concrete.
But the key to broader uptake is that it can actually be used to make cheaper, better concrete in the way Valley Prestressed are doing by reducing cement content. It isn't widely appreciated yet. In the meantime, we have to be patient. The company has the right product, introducing it to the market will take more time. I do think that as more projects get successfully completed, it will generate more attention and sales and make it easier for the sales team. In the mean time hopefully the GDOT will provide helpful revenue.
