I have been watching this stock since Dec and declined to invest over the last few months as I was looking for some validation from the market. Great idea, fantastic makrket oppurutnity but too much could go wrong.

That validation in some respect presented itself with CAT's investment and was then validated to some extent with KSA. I entered at a level slightly higher than where we trade now with a small position as I feel there is enough activity to warrant significant upside.

For me there are significant execution risks and I am still very cautious with a company at such an early stage. Happy be to involved though and looking forward to monitoring progress.

As far as the 10 mill gift goes I strongly agree that it is excessive because of 1. 6 months in the job 2. Progress is only in the form of MOU 3. Already on good package. In addition, I find it extremely concerning the price was changed from 35c to 20c. I am seeking an explanation from the company on both fronts.
