While they have burnt their bridges with NSW, I think that the other states - the biggest being Victoria- remain very good possibilities. It's also possible that the pendulum has swung far too far, and that after a big shakeout and clean up, those private operators who survived will have brighter prospects.Longer term contracts may also emerge as tendering every year is ridiculous, not just from an operator but also an education departments' perspective.
Of course Ashley has a smaller footprint in Training, but good profits can still be made over time.
