    Sept 1 (Reuters) - Crater Gold Mining Ltd (CGN) :

    • Advised on Aug 30 that rights issue launched to raise up to $15 million has been terminated
    • Fresh rights issue will be launched on 9:2 basis, at price of $0.01 per share, to raise about $12.2 mln
