My personal view of a DIRECTOR who sells in this fashion is better left unsaid. In general Directors have the privileged position of acquiring the shares at a large discount to the market price. With this should come some responsibility to the shareholders who acquire shares at market price and support the company. To opportunistically "cash in", in my view displays disregard and a lack of commitment to a company and should disqualify such persons from high office. This action will clearly adversely affect the share price.
