Cap riase to cover convertible note of $1 will likely be about 100 million shares.
Then working funds to take this further, raise say another $2 million will be another 200 million shares.
So for volt to cover debt and get some capital to cover the exorbitant wages paid to management I'm expecting 30% dilution at a discount to existing holders.
shame on management for treating holders with contempt.
