Well articulated as always, PF. The one thing I'd add to #4, Complimentary Skillsets is the ability to effectively market and sell. This should include a ICT technology platform that enables the business top to bottom. I'd be amazed if ADO has a digital strategy at this stage and would strongly benefit from an effective platform. I'd also be very surprised if anyone on the BOD or executive team have the experience to develop or coordinate the strategy.

Anywho, agree with everything you say there beyond the changes occurring quietly. I believe they need to make the changes and then shout it from the rooftops to engage potential investors and show them what may be different in the future.
