Nine lives ..Your post sums it up for me . This is where we are at right now , there is no easy answer .
I own some investment properties and I must say , thinking of my tenants ( all long term ) ..It would be an enourmous issue for them if I were to sell . Although I guess if it were business only I wouldnt worry , but they couldnt currently get back in a house for the current amounts they are paying .
Im not sure Its an easy answer to this one.
