I can see the confusion and don't have an answer to "Why is a B2B aspirant provider negotiating content with Hollywood?"

This question has arisen from this extract
"separately finalization of the content negotiations with the Hollywood studios, which is expected to complete in October 2017. Services are then expected to immediately ‘hard launch’ to consumers."

Could they mean Smartfren is finalizing negotiations with Hollywood studios?
Just a thought.
