    Master of sin,
I have not owned this stock for many years. I did get close when they were down at $1.40 because I know that there will always be people like you who will pay $2.00 . I try to buy socks with a record of success, a good management and tech team and a strong growth outlook. Consequently I have invested in much better stocks like WPL and NXS and many others that have appreciated considerably more than Tap has. The new investor group pointed out that Tap shares are the same they were ten years ago and this has been over a time of rising oil prices.
I continually hear two things from positive tap posters. Firstly , they say it is a take-over target. This is rubbish in my opinion.I know that several oil companies have taken a look and run the ruler over Tap but in the end they cant get close because the sp is always overvalued. Why do you think no oil co has had a go.The S'pore group ,if they are still in , and the new investor group have little oil industry experience and will soon realise their mistake.
Secondly , there are the posters and some analysts that say ,...look at the great exploration program that coming up. Well the exploration programs come and go and tap never adds any meaningful reserves. Nothing has changed. Remember the debacle when they realised that they contracted to sell gas to Burrup Ferts that they didnt have but had the arrogance to think that they would find it.
Sorry Master of sin, but I cant stand to see people ramping shares , or people losing their money on shares like tap when they could be doing so much better.
A little reality is a good thing on this board even if some people cant handle the truth.
    Occam
