They identified the root causes of current troubles: Slippage in December (did not remember Ken was already "fired" from the day-to-day operations when it did happen) and too much debt in 2014.
While the proposed directors have their own merit I do not think they can do much. And as suspected Ken will leave the company if the proposals go through. Without him and no stable relationships with locals and government officials in Guyana voting for those proposals would be suicide.
