Not sure there would be that many people willing to pay 25c (the LITCE excercise price) to by an 11.5c share. They could however call them, convert them to fully paids, then auction them off, but i cant see this being very popular with the current shareholders.
Maybe there wont be a CR, its just this announcement has no new information in it, and reads more like marketing material. They wouldn't be the first micro cap miner to try and drum up some support before hitting the market up for some cash.
