My prediction is for a 20% niminal fall, though over four years, (house prices tend to be very sticky, takes time to peal them off), and a 30%+ real decline adjusted for inflation.
Also predict that kincella will be posting on hotcopper warning people about ever investing in something as bad as real estate. Then the bottom will come.
