While the proposed directors have their own merit I do not think they can do much. And as suspected Ken will leave the company if the proposals go through. Without him and no stable relationships with locals and government officials in Guyana voting for those proposals would be suicide.

Yeah Ken has been Troy's most important director for many years, would be a great loss for him to go.
