    Interesting that Dave Stewart, ex CEO of NTC has stumped up with a $2M placement at 20 cents in WRR minnow. He's also taken a board position. To quote "The issue price reflects the investor’s positive view of the Company’s growth prospects in the satellite communications sector as it continues to embark on the release of new and innovative communication products". Share price up 39% today as word filters out. Is this $8M market cap company (more today after the rise ) the next NTC at 25 cents ?
