    @peterpanned ; they have over $50M in the till, from a Billionaire (Ronald Lauder) acquiring a 33% majority stake in the company (for $20M) and one of the largest global funds in the world attaining a 3.5% stake (for $10M).

    Not sure where you read that a capital raise is on the horizon; highly doubt it.
