You may have the best CEO, the best Chairman, CFO, COO, CSO, the best employees ... of the world.
What you need is a group of people, they working together!
They must not be perfect but must stand behind the company.
What we have, is a reputable, honest ex. CEO, Geoff Cumming.
I think, it’s not correctly to write against Geoff. He was / is Anteo Diagnostics in my view.
Have you write against Joe? Maybe the patents are not save enough or other things?
I think not...
Geoff was / is loyal to us shareholders, no doubt on my part.
He has my respect and I hope, he will get back with a better team!
