i will be surprised if this deal even gets to the starting line.. they've already binned the last one.. they also continue to refer to the potential for cancelling the agreement should a superior proposal materialise. almost sounds like the lenders would love to find a way to get out of this. in any case, if this proposal does make it to a vote, I'll be one of the majority voting no.
