makes the 200k i lost through ignorant options trading in 2004 look puny. since i was selling that involved margins too. completely agree about margins.

but the pain is the same and still with me in many ways. haven't yet recovered mentally and still struggling.

continually stop myself out of trades(fear of losing) that become profitable.

take small profits rather than let them run(once again, fear of losing)

i've had some success by managing to hang onto a small portion of the portfolio i began with in 2003. came to hc looking for knowledge and the occasional heads up. (thanks t4p)
