OK, maybe more than box ticking and maybe they are genuine but I can't see a single sale lock-stock-and-barrel as MGC is too complex and doesn't own its milk supply. This isn't like a National Foods sale to San Miguel this is a lot more complex and has a lot greater industry wide impact.

The pending ACCC report due out in November may change their view as well and there is Class Action issues and possibly ACCC/ASIC issues as well.

Not an easy problem to resolve.
