stev, Yes 20 mill shares for SMC holders of which there are only 245,487,475 on the registry so aren't we lucky when you consider up until the anouncement we had it all!!! and as far as being screwed look at the anouncement carefully
"Of the total number of shares on offer, up to 20 million shares will be offered in priority
to SMC shareholders registered as at today’s date (record date). Allocation of shares
pursuant to the priority offer will be wholly at the discretion of Alpha Uranium Limited
directors."
Hmmmm this makes me OOOHHHH so much happier being at the discretion of Alpha directors, gives me a warm feeling inside. Makes you wonder if they found daimonds on the tenements would they start another new company just to stiff the share holders!!!
