I think that AJD just put this out to say that they acknowledge that 360 have made a different offer, but until they do a proper review of 360's revised offer, they still recommend the NXT one.
Technically, they could come back in a week and say 360 is superior and you should accept that. Then if NXT comes back with an even better offer, they could review that and say that it is now the superior one.
What I suspect will actually happen is that NXT will revise within a week or so, then AJD announcement that they have reviewed both and that the revised NXT is superior.
