This is India or bust always has been.. you are correct thou all the work is already done in India, So build it cheaper in India then import it back to Victoria or other interested parties. The local market wont pick this up as they are far too risk adverse...
Elon Musk's battery solution will be built in SA before ECT even complete their study of a study.
The real study needs to be who is making these decisions...
