When the night club lights come on Patrick still has a significant interest in making this work. Infact it would basically set him for life (if not already).
I Maintain that GR wouldn't be anywhere near it unless it was simple. I do agree that possible finance (placement or otherwise) can just as easily come from Norton (Zinjin) as from anyone.
Which again leaves the delay with approvals nothing less
