So now I get 474m shares all up including those issued/to be issued to Yahua. @ 5c = MC of $23.7m.
Funny situation. Directors not taking up options @ 5c but Yahua buying shares @ 6c.
Directors not taking up options is not great, SB would have to fork out $105k and this others $50k. Thats not small change considering what they are paid. But if you were super confident and a director would you borrow the money? Not sure, it's a big risk.
