I found it curious that the BOD recommended last SOA. Back in Oct 2016 it was "All systems go" and we were well on our way to being a "boring annuity company", then "The Sky is falling and we need to take the MB offer, we have looked and we cant find money "
Then after the SOA is defeated "Oh look we found some money" But unfortunately it will dilute your shareholding by approx 50%.

15 cents = 30 cents pre-dilution !
