Obviously a change in direction for SND, once we see the reason for the CR I imagine it will all become obvious. I am guessing its a bigger acquisition that requires capital injection. With such a well run and capable company I am more comfortable with a CR than extra debt. No doubt Wednesday will make the picture clearer.
