Eftel is now Datafast - it was a reverse takeover I think you will find.
DFT before the deal had about 179,000,000 shares, 535,000,000 shares were issued to the owners of Eftel in consideration for Eftel.
As a result DFT and Eftel became one with the controling interest in the company being held by the former owners of Eftel.
Cheaper and easier than it would have been to take Eftel to the market as an IPO and gains the benefits of merging the 2 businesses.
