Checkout bigfoot.com I use their free mail forwarding service. This bigfoot address is never mentioned in open forum of course, but a few friends and newsletters have it. If a mail address starts getting hit just change it and notify bigfoot, your A list friends need not be told because the BF address they have does not change. Select the B list addresses [who only know the ISP address]to notify and stuff the rest. Tidies up your address book at the same time. I do not use Outlook either. I go direct to Hotmail site where I can delete all crap without clicking on it.
