Ms Colgan is well connected, a great asset for SMA and "yes" I agree with you, it is very interesting the investment happened on the same day she gets appointed to the Board. Research her credentials further and you might find some more interesting info.

In June 2017 SMA had 189 products under the RooLife umbrella and in August 2017 the product range offered through SmartTrans reached the 300 mark - that is an increase of over 100 products achieved in less than 3 months.

We are only a few months into the new direction - ref to the MD statement in Appendix 4E - " SMA is optimised its operation for growth and profitability, sales is showing growth continuing into FY18".

Gross margin on products sold increased to 48% and CAGR is > 40% - this is significant data, telling shareholders that we can indeed expect further growth.

Agree with you, it is indeed interesting to see an investor purchasing 600K worth of shares at a PREMIUM rate.

Agree, you can only wonder what SMA is up to.
