Before you all get too excited, note page 22, Appendix B of the CP report. The costs are based on agreeing with Glencore to be able to load coal at their TLO, which (from 8 August Announcement) hasn't been possible - hence TER are trucking coal to a nearby TLO until they can build their own TLO. These costs aren't factored into the reserve calculations.
