secondly to my recollection Mallison Stephen Jaques were representing the plaintiffs (switch corp) - I know from personal experience that they are not cheap -

either way the fact that they have come this far without having to issue shares every two weeks seemed to indicate one fact to me that they can found the Supreme Court trial thus far and if they succeed more than likely NWT will go belly up.
