    With Dr Copper running warm again there is a chance of a breakout from sub 10c in coming months.

    If this copper price rally is sustained over next 12 months to $4+ then my target price is $1. ETA late 2018

    i.e. from here a Disallowed with caveats that Cu price curve co-operates to deliver a viable project (sustained Cu price above $3) and project finance gets approved.
