I must be completely misreading the value of NTC, because clearly the market has been drawing the conclusion that it has been overvalued for a long time now. Based on the company's FY 2017 results and commentary, this is the year it will start to deliver significantly increased revenue after what it referred to as an investment year. Presumably the market needs to see tangible results before it is prepared to believe and invest. If the company continues to play "I've got a secret" and doesn't release progressive price sensitive announcements, I suspect the SP will continue to tank. Originally I planned to top up below $1.30, but I think I'll wait to see how low this will sink before it finds real support. I'm certainly not planning to sell.
I am genuinely cheesed off with management for the way they mismanage the release of information at the expense of the shareholders. Perhaps this suits them if they're planning to sneak in some more share appreciation rights (I'm sure they appreciate them) at a very low benchmark so that they can further enrich themselves at the expense of long suffering shareholders.
