I believe it was to concentrate all efforts on expanding and clinching deals, which in itself would be fine if the deals and expansion could be seen either through market announcements or supply and demand increases on DMC.....
I really do believe Chris needs additional assistance at the top level. He appears to be a good thinker and likes developing new businesses and does that well, but what is clearly needed is someone to increase the beat of the drum.
