There needed to be a change , he still holds a position it which he will have to prove his ability. With the business of the company under driffernt direction of a new leader .
Some people are born leaders some people need to follow it's not about blood it's about being smart in business which in the pass have proven not capable of doing under the direction of the pass . It will are more than one position to change hand to change sentive of share holders .
