IG, I see you are a holder of a stock with the ticker RAP. What I was referring to has nothing to do with that company.

I was referring to an Relocation Action Plan which is something this company has been trying to finalise for over 18 months.... locals have felt so taken advantage of that it has actually made global headlines.

Perhaps another example of foreign company's trying to cut corners and take advantage of local jurisdictions and its inhabitants wherever possible, for their own advantage.... until eventually governments throw a tantrum, take drastic action and change laws
