    Sure there is scramble for future supply of battery materials, this is not in question.

    I'm only referring to references regarding an on market bidding war for AVZ. Based on all past experiences in mining this appears to be a false stance as it seems the federal Chinese gov has what amounts to a veto on competion regarding foreign takeovers. I see no change in this particular stance.
