You had the option two weeks ago madkat. You think a placement to shareholders would have given you a better result? Minimum 4 to 6 weeks of setup, share price manipulation, significantly higher raise cost, all so that little madkat can get his extra $5 of 1.1c shares? You don do public CRs to raise such small amounts. If you wanted a public CR, be prepared to put up with a much larger raise and share dilution and most likely lower share price issue. That is left better for a later date if/when the share price is much higher. Be careful what you wish for.
