Yep understand the negatives but the question is at current levels does it present a good buying opportunity for those at this level?
I bought in a couple weeks ago when it went ex-div at $10.55 and then sold out on the same day at $10.74 as it unexpectedly bounced, that was pure luck though.
I still like it but am a bit worried about the sustained selling pressure short term. Worst case though medium/long term I think it's still good value buying but of course I could be wrong....it's happened a couple times before lol
