Stockpiles keep falling and so does the price.
I trust the argument I made rrr 7 months ago now showing that the history of zinc prices and stockpiles has very little correlation has been show to have a basis and will make people more prudent when having so much faith on reports and news reports in the future based on such data.
Failing stockpiles does not mean the price of Zinc will rise.
Rising stockpiles does not mean the price of Zinc will fall.
The price of Zinc will move according to market perception.
